New Album Is Out

It's finally here! Our first fully instrumental album, and hopefully not our last, as we had a great time making it. For all of those who grew up on video games, these songs are a tribute to the vibes, the levels, the triumphs and the defeats that we all felt via the soundtracks.

Now that this one is done, we're already moving on to writing and arranging songs for the next album. Our sound is evolving more and more with each project, but we will always be the Riffraff. Stay tuned for more!

Just an update for 2024

The Riffraff have been hard at work down in their studio dungeon writing and recording a new album for 2024. Inspired by a lifelong love of video game music, Press Play To Continue will be all instrumental and a fun little side quest for our fans. Songs with words and stuff are already in the pipeline for when this one is done, so stay tuned for more. Come see us live if you want a taste of what we have been cooking up in the dark!

They Are Here!

Finally, after four long years, the Riffraff have released their brand new sister albums, The Ocean and The Space! Available online and at live shows. We are incredibly proud of what we've made, and we hope you enjoy it too. Work is already underway for the next few albums, so stay tuned for more music in the coming years.

In other news, the Princess of Ukes and Flutes, Marie Andrews, has finished her book, Suburban Legends, and it's available at Amazon and signed copies at live shows. Get yourself a copy

So how was your year?

Now that we are completely vaccinated against the plague that overtook Helltown, it is time to emerge, stronger and scarier than before. Just to give you an idea of what is coming up in the land of the Riffraff:

Our next album, The Ocean, will be released…

A New Year

The Riffraff are entering 2020 with big plans and bigger schemes. During the winter break, we have been hard at work on new songs in preparation for the next album. When everything thaws and life springs anew, we'll be back to playing shows and going back into the studio to record something even better, weirder, and more fun than our last album, Dismal Hollow Road. There will be videos, photoshoots, and other creative projects. Keep your eyes peeled for a Helltown Riffraff show near you!

NEW CD RELEASED!

It is finally here! Our first album as a band, Dismal Hollow Rd, is printed and released. You can find it at all the usually music distributions sites for streaming, or buy the actual CD at CDBaby or at one of our shows, along with tons of interesting merch. Get a free preview on our Music tab on this site as well.

We also booked Jan 26th 2019 to celebrate the release at Escutcheon Brewery in Winchester VA, which is where the band really came together. We hope you all can join us at this and future…
